Pedro Echeguren

Pedro focuses his practice on the management of civil and
commercial disputes across all stages of proceedings. He regularly advises on high-value and complex matters, particularly in the areas of contractual and non-contractual liability, corporate law, insurance law, and corporate disputes.

He also has substantial experience in administrative litigation, having acted as lead counsel in challenges to sanctioning proceedings, urban planning enforcement matters, and claims concerning the liability of
public authorities.

Pedro regularly appears before Spanish courts and leading domestic arbitral institutions, enabling him to provide a comprehensive and strategic approach to dispute resolution.

He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and has over seven years’ professional experience gained at both national and international law firms.
