Guillermo M. Peral Vaello

Guillermo M. Peral Vaello is a lawyer specializing in civil, commercial and administrative litigation, as well as in domestic and international arbitration.

His practice focuses on resolving highly complex civil and commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on corporate conflicts. He is also involved in contractual litigation and in proceedings before the administrative courts.

His arbitration practice includes domestic commercial arbitrations administered by leading arbitral institutions, such as the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM) and the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA).
