Eliseo M. Martínez, with nearly 20 years of experience as a litigator, has handled close to three thousand cases and leads the strategy for high-profile matters across his multiple areas of expertise. Since 2011, he has been the Managing Partner of Ius + Aequitas.

He holds an LL.M. in U.S. Law from Washington University in St. Louis (School of Law) and practices as a trilingual litigator and international arbitrator (English, French, and Spanish). He is internationally recognized as a top-tier expert in civil and common law arbitration and is a sought-after speaker at global forums. He also teaches Intellectual Property, Legal Practice, and Arbitration at Spanish universities such as ICADE, Villanueva-Complutense University of Madrid, and Carlos III University.
Beyond his legal career, Eliseo M. Martínez is actively involved in the cultural and media landscape in Spain, participating in conferences and interviews. Since 2010, he has been part of the editorial team of the cultural and social magazine “Anoche tuve un sueño” and serves as a Trustee for the International "Optimistas Comprometidos" Awards in the Freedom of Expression category.
