She holds a PhD in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and has extensive experience in the legal, academic, and institutional fields. Her career combines professional legal practice with university teaching and the management of multidisciplinary teams.
She developed a significant part of her professional trajectory at the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Madrid, where she served as a Deputy Prosecutor, taking part in both criminal and civil proceedings and representing the Public Prosecutor’s Office in a wide range of judicial matters.
Subsequently, she has held various academic and managerial positions, including Director of Academic Coordination and Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, where she currently leads strategic projects focused on academic excellence, innovation, and institutional quality.
Throughout her career, she has participated in international advisory and training projects in Latin America, fostering academic cooperation and the promotion of ethical standards and good corporate governance.
She has been awarded the International Distinction for Social Action and Promotion of Human Rights 2024 (Mexico) and holds official certifications as a Compliance Officer (CICO) by the IOC, and in Cyber Compliance (CPCC) by ISMS Forum.
She is a member of several professional networks and legal associations, including the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA), the Basque Institute of Procedural Law, and the Ibero-American Network for Legal Research and Innovation.
