BIO

My professional activity has focused from the beginning on the field of procedural law, more specifically on civil procedural law, having extensive experience in the field of civil litigation as well as in other areas such as criminal procedural law.

At the civil level, I have intervened by providing legal assistance in different procedures in their entire processing (to cite some examples: in procedures related to construction law, real estate law, challenging social agreements, banking law, right to honor, eviction procedures and inheritance procedures among others). I have extensive experience in the courtroom in both ordinary and verbal procedures.

Since 2020, I have been able to gain experience in the field of arbitration by providing advice and collaborating in legal arbitrations for both national and international clients.

I have had the opportunity to intervene and participate in contractual advice, as well as in judicial procedures related to contractual breaches, for leading companies in the sector in Spain (especially in the field of food and hospitality).
